We are currently looking for support staff for the LSIT helpdesk.
Your responsibilities include:
- Providing 1st-level support via telephone and ticket system
- Preparing rental laptop agreements
- Selling printing token
- Processing poster orders
- Monitoring IT rooms
Your profile:
- Proficiency in handling Windows and MacOS operating systems
- Microsoft Office skills
As you will be in contact with international researchers at the location, proficiency in both German and English, spoken and written, is required.
