The first-years’ event will take place on October 14, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. (admission starts at 02:00 p.m.) on the square facing the TUM School of Computation, Information and Technology (Boltzmannstr. 3) at Garching Campus. The campus is easy to reach by public transport via the U6 Garching Forschungszentrum and the event location is just a few meters away from the subway station.

New students are invited to actively participate in Welcome@TUM with short video clips. The students' video clips will then become an important part of the program on 14 October. The submission deadline for the videos is October 6, 2024.
